Dear Latte Lover is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, or any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
- All merch/accessories will ship separate from coffee bags to ensure 100% freshness of all coffee.
Returns
- Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.
- Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Dear Latte Lover holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria.
- If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Dear Latte Lover should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Dear Latte Lover holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
